Cheneygate & Little Cloisters
Cheneygates - Demolition and reconfiguration of a single toilet area to form male and female facilities including adjustments and remedial works to existing stone masonry block wall forming two new door openings and sympathetically constructing solid timber beam partition with plaster infills to mimic original structure. Internal fit out of WC’s and reconfiguration of services to suit historic structure.
Little Cloisters - External works to the rear of The Cannon of Westminster’s residence at Number 1 Little Cloisters inside the Abbey grounds. Works to Grade 1 listed structure including demolition of unlisted single storey extension and reconfiguration of area to form external paved sunken garden using original Yorkstone paviours, rebuilding 15th Century party wall and restoring original timber door and window frames, inserting new external doors and windows.
