The refurbishment of the existing Pathology Hot Lab The works include but not limited to Isolation of the existing services, stripping out of all the existing services, partitions, and ceilings.
In addition, the layout was remodelled to a new floor layout, building services improvements, fire strategy improvements, new finishes, new desks and benches, new sanitary ware, a new contractor designed modular walk-in cold room, replacement windows and upgrade of the existing lift.
