The project was a refurbishment in the basement level of the anatomy building to create two laboratory areas a MRC screening platform and microscope imaging facility.
The project included a category A refurbishment of the spaces in the project area, including new partitions, floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. The work also included upgraded works to MEP service in the project area.
The ductwork, cabling and plant equipment was all be replaced. Seminar room b15b was also be refurbished as part of the works due to the MEP upgrade works required above the ceiling level in the room.
