The works involved the complete refurbishment of a basement flat including the installation of a waterproofing system, M&E services, wall and floor finishes and external landscaping works.
The works were challenging due to noise restrictions imposed on the works, poor access and a working surgery above the flat which were overcome with good communication between our site management and the Client.
