St Thomas’ Hospital:
Critical Care Unit
The project involved the refurbishment and conversion of the existing 6th floor of the East Wing into a critical care unit comprising 11 critical care rooms along with stores, cleaning areas seminar rooms, waiting and rest rooms. The works also included the 5th floor IT hub and provision of Mechanical plant to 11th level roof.
In addition, the works included pulling numerous sub main cables from the basement through service tunnels and up to the 6th and 11th floor levels.
