The project involves the strip out and internal demolitions of an existing 3 storey building whilst retaining the facades. The new works are to carry out a conversion into a single dwelling family home with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The retained structure has been underpinned to allow for a reduced level basement dig and the works include new internal structural steel work with concrete floors and traditional pitched slate roof. Finishes include hardwood and tiled flooring, glazed staircase, kitchens, bathrooms, fitted joinery, mechanical and electrical installations, and high quality finishes.

The project was carried out in a conservation area with 2 party wall neighbours to consider.
