Portland House

The project comprised the cat A & B fit out of the 25th floor of Portland House, London SW1. Works included renewal of power and data, decoration and carpets with specialist partitions and joinery installations.

The works were carried out in 10 weeks and all other areas of the building were occupied so consideration and liaison with the managing agents was a key issue.
