This project consisted of a basement, ground and four floors. The building was converted to two ground floor shops, three open plan offices with raised floors and five residential flats. The building required extensive structural alterations to facilitate the revised layout, the relocation of the new lift shaft and plant rooms. Alterations to the roofs, shopfront, and entrances as well as repair and redecoration to existing windows and shopfronts.
