Heron House is within Heron Square and forms part of the prestigious Riverside Estates. The Works comprise of a complete strip out of existing soft furnishings, wall, ceilings and floor finishes and Mechanical and Electrical services.

The main works involve the reconfiguration of the existing layout which included structural demolition, installation of new steel work goal posts and cranked steel beams to level 2 to support the existing chimney.

Works are across levels 2, 1, ground and lower and will benefit from the following:

• Glazed partition and door to reception area
