Hammersmith Hospital:
Building 114

This was a 13 week contract consisting of strip-out and refurbishment to the ground and first floor of Building 114 Block C to form the new Peart-Rose Clinical Investigation Unit. The facility is to be utilised as a cardiology consultation unit with new clinical rooms, reception areas, staff and patient facilities. Works included the refurbishment of the existing internal layout and installation of new mechanical and electrical services to meet client requirements.
