The project compromised of a lateral conversion of three apartments to create one. The roof was removed and rebuilt to create an extra level of living space. The new apartment consisted of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a cloakroom, a kitchen, study, utility room, drawing room, family room, plant room and three terraces.

The property was provided with a comfort cooling system, underfloor heating,
and conventional radiators. A managed alarm system and video intercom system was installed along with provisions for television and internet. Flooring was a mixture of herringbone oak and marble slab work. Rooms were fitted out with frameless glass balustrades, bespoke joinery items, and premium whitegoods and fittings.
