The complete refurbishment of an existing five storey Grade II listed building, including the formation of a 9M deep double basement to the garden area.
The works were hampered by the rising water levels which resulted in a well pointing system being used to dewater the ground sufficiently to allow the works to progress.
The works were completed to an extremely high standard in what is generally considered to be Britain’s most expensive street.
