Duke of York Street

Refurbishment of an Edwardian town house over 4 floors plus basement and sub-basement on the corner of Duke of York Steet and Ormond Yard in Central London.

Works included stripping out of the existing finishes, redundant pipework and AC units. Installation of new heating & cooling systems and associated pipework and condensers; installation of electrics and plumbing; installation of new light fittings, new kitchens and new bathrooms including marble; installation of new lift; new doors and overhaul of existing windows.

The restaurant located on the ground floor remained fully operational throughout the duration of the works.
