Internal works comprise the demolition of one of the shopfronts to Nr 40 and construction of a block internal wall between Nr 40 and Nr 41.

Mechanical and Electrical Services comprise stripping out existing redundant services and provision of new ventilation, heat pump system, domestic cold water, wastewater disposal installations, incoming power, distribution board, mechanical services feeds, fire alarms, temporary lighting and emergency lighting, external power and drainage.
