Structural alteration and refurbishment to a Grade II Listed apartment over first to fourth floor levels, while the tenant to the apartment to the ground and basement levels remains insitu.
The works included forming a new bespoke stainless steel staircase, together with a glass enclosure, alterations to the existing mansard roof to form a new glazed roof and external
sky frame screen, new kitchen, joinery, together with various differing floor finishes including leather, resin, corian and Dinesen.
