This project comprised of the demolition of an existing extension, and the excavation of a basement containing a new plant room, wine store and games room. This in turn was followed by the construction of a new two story extension and a full mansard roof over the new and old house containing a further two bedrooms and bathroom. A further out building was demolished and rebuilt to house a large storage area, office, gym, shower, bathroom and steam room.

The fit out was to a very high specification and very particular to our client, himself a high end clothes designer who expected the same high level of finish he also aspires to.

Ashchurch Park Villas was the second project for the same Client following Carthew Road.
